Cauliflower is a great vegetable to introduce to your baby during baby-led weaning! It's a fantastic vegetable to offer your baby in winter to boost their immunity thanks to its high fiber content. What's more, cauliflower is packed with vitamins C, B, E, and K! How do you get your baby to eat cauliflower? From 6 months old, you can offer your baby steamed cauliflower florets so they can discover the flavor of this vegetable. You can add a little extra flavor next time by using paprika or curry. Later on, you can play with textures and flavors to awaken your baby's curiosity and taste buds. Several baby-led weaning BLW are perfect for this! Cauliflower can be made into a smooth purée. A creamy cauliflower soup will allow your baby to discover this vegetable in a liquid form. For a softer texture, cauliflower fritters or croquettes are ideal. And finally, for a fluffy texture, offer your baby muffins and pancakes with cauliflower. Great recipes to introduce to your baby!
