Discovering new foods is always a big milestone in your little one's life. From around 6 months old, your baby will be amazed at mealtimes as they discover all sorts of delicious flavors! Do you know which foods to start with and how much ? The baby-led introduction of solid foods allows your little one to taste the different flavors of raw fruits and vegetables. By paying attention to seasonality, you can offer your baby broccoli florets, orange segments, steamed carrot sticks, banana, and so on. At first, it's best to offer small amounts to avoid waste. During the first few meals, your baby won't eat much; they'll mainly be exploring food with their five senses. This first stage is perfectly normal, and there's no need to worry. Breast milk and/or formula remain your baby's primary source of nutrition! After this important milestone, you can finally add variety by offering your baby delicious homemade BLW Your little one will be able to find fruits and vegetables on their plate in a different texture, shape and color.
