This Brussels sprouts, carrot, and chestnut stir-fry is perfect for cold winter days. The best seasonal vegetables are cooked and lightly browned in olive oil—what a treat! A winter vegetable stir-fry that's truly comforting. Enjoy!

The recipe:

Ingredients

  • 100g of Brussels sprouts
  • 100g of carrot
  • 40g of chestnuts
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 onion

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks
  3. Pierce the chestnut shells by making an incision with the tip of a knife
  4. Steam everything
  5. Leave the chestnuts a little longer
  6. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil
  7. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces
  8. Sauté the onion in oil
  9. Once the vegetables are tender, add them to the pan and add the garlic powder
  10. Add the chestnuts that you have peeled
  11. Sauté in a drizzle of oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes
