From the very beginning of weaning, it's important to know if your little one has any food allergies. This is why allergens into a baby's diet so early, regardless of any family history of allergies. Early exposure to allergens helps reduce the risk of developing food allergies. Introducing these allergens into your baby's diet should be done carefully and cautiously. For three consecutive days, offer a small amount of the allergen in a BLW (Breast-Warmth) recipe BLW in its raw form so that your baby is only slightly exposed to it. It's crucial to introduce only one allergen at a time to identify the food that triggers a reaction. At the end of the three days, if your baby hasn't had any reactions, you can safely introduce the allergen into their daily diet. Pay close attention to your baby's behavior. Allergic reactions can appear anywhere from thirty minutes after ingestion to several days later. We advise you to start with the most common allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, and tree nuts.
