A recipe with blackcurrants? Our pancakes are perfect for starting BLW and going for a walk

Blackcurrant pancakes

Blackcurrants: the ultimate summer fruit that brings joy and goodness! This little berry contains three times more vitamin C than an orange! It's also rich in iron, calcium, and manganese. Plus, its high fiber content is fantastic for the digestive system. So, if your baby has just started weaning, this fruit can help prevent constipation!

Unfortunately, we can only enjoy this fruit from mid-July to the end of September, so let's go for the recipe!
