During BLW , the hours spent in the kitchen to concoct good homemade meals will be numerous. Whether you use the Batch Cooking technique or not, it is important to know how to keep baby meals well  ! The first conservation technique is the refrigerator. Meals are kept at low temperature for just a few days. In general, preparations keep three days in the refrigerator. BLW recipes can be kept up to four to five days, while recipes based on breast milk only two days. For a longer baby meal storage, you can use the second technique: freezing. It helps keep baby meals over a much longer period, between two to twelve months. Certain preparations do not keep in a refrigerator or in the freezer if they are consumed directly. You can place the muffins to snack the baby in an airtight box for a few days. For maximum conservation, place baby meals in hermetic containers with a lid. Do not forget to let baby meals cool at room temperature before keeping them in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
