Banana oatmeal cookies

Baby has already tasted banana and loves it. This banana and oat cookie recipe will allow you to introduce this delicious fruit to your baby in a new way. Baby will still get the taste of banana, but this time with the crunchy texture of a cookie. Enjoy!

The recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g of oat flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork
  3. Add the oat flakes and mix
  4. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and press it into the bottom of a muffin tin
  5. Repeat the process with the rest
  6. Bake for 20 minutes

Store for 4-5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

    1. Oat flakes are indeed "normally" gluten-free. However, more and more contain gluten. Therefore, we preferred to include it in the allergen information. 🙂
