- a banana
From 6 months: half banana with the skin
The rest of the skin will allow baby to easily catch banana without her handing her hands. For baby to have it easy to eat it, we advise you to always choose a ripe banana. The skin of it must be very yellow with possibly black points which begin to appear.
Be careful, if it is too ripe, despite the remaining skin, it will crash into the baby's hand.

From 8 months: half banana in batô
Baby manages better and better bringing food to his mouth? This format will allow him to develop his grip.
From 10 months: banana rings cut in 2
The diversification led by the child has started for a few months now. Baby now knows how to “grab” (catch between the thumb and the index). To continue its development and stir up its curiosity, offer it more and smaller pieces: it will only make a bite!
If you see that baby is still struggling to catch the rings without losing their hands, sprinkle your coconut or almond powder (attention allergen).
