How to offer baby asparagus in BLW

Asparagus

Asparagus is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals essential to the growth and development of babies, such as vitamin A for vision and vitamin K for blood coagulation. In addition, the introduction of asparagus in baby's diet from the start of BLW can help develop baby taste buds and encourage healthy eating habits.
The fibers present in asparagus can help regulate intestinal transit of babies and prevent constipation (current problem in toddlers).
