There are many dairy products that add flavor and creaminess to various BLW . How can you substitute an ingredient in a recipe for your little one, especially dairy products? It's quite simple! Mammalian milk can be replaced with plant-based milks or even breast milk in every recipe. Soft cheeses, ricotta, mascarpone, or yogurt can all be replaced with crème fraîche. As for cheeses, only hard, cooked, or pasteurized cheeses should be introduced to your baby during BLW . In both of these categories, cheeses can easily be substituted, but it's also possible to simply omit them. Yogurt, milk, or crème fraîche can replace cheese in some recipes.
