Recipe for baby almond and banana cookies from 8 months - gourmet, simple and without added sugar.

Amande banana cookies

Want a little homemade, healthy and melting baby snack? These almond banana cookies are a perfect alternative to industrial cookies from 8 months old. Without added sugar, without egg or fat, they are made with only two ingredients : a very ripe banana and almond flour (also called almond powder), rich in good lipids and nutrients.

The banana brings a soft texture, a light natural sweet touch and a good dose of energy. It is also a great way to introduce dried fruits into baby diet (if no allergy is suspected). These cookies are easy to hold , perfect for small hands that love to nibble independently.

To offer to taste, breakfast or even to accompany a natural yogurt, they keep very well and can also be slipped into a changing bag for an outing.
