How to make baby rhubarb eat?

Rhubarb is far from being the first fruit that we think of offering baby during the food diversification led by the child. And yet its tangy flavor will undoubtedly come to surprise the palate and the taste buds of your little one. Rhubarb harmonizes to perfection with other sweeter fruits such as apple, strawberry, bananas or raspberry in recipes.

This red/pink fruit is a real ally for creating many desserts or a homemade snack for the whole family: pies, compotes, muffins, cookies, etc. There will be something for everyone.

To choose the right rhubarb during your shopping, orient yourself towards a fruit with firm and dense stems of rather red/pink color with a few touches of green.
