Baby-led weaning (BLW) begins with discovering seasonal foods in their natural form. To allow baby to focus on the essentials at the start of this new adventure, the food is offered directly on the tray of their highchair. But that's not all! Baby will initially eat BLW recipes BLW their hands. Gradually, utensils will be introduced at mealtimes. Around 6 months of age, a pre-filled spoon will allow baby BLW .
