Offering food in different forms during BLW with a child, such as broccoli in gnocchi

Baby-led weaning (BLW) is a wonderful way to introduce your baby to a wide variety of foods using all five senses. In addition to offering a diverse range of fruits and vegetables, proteins, fish, legumes, starches, and more during BLW BLW you can surprise their taste buds by changing the way food is presented! During BLW BLW a food can be offered in its natural form or in delicious recipes such as pancakes, spreads, fries, muffins, patties, bite-sized treats, and so on. By embarking on BLW with your child , you can maximize your baby's palate and thus reduce the risk of food neophobia later on.
