Carrot sticks: BLW 's first meal with a child

The first experiences with solid foods during BLW with a child can be stressful for parents. From infancy, babies only need milk, and suddenly, solid foods appear in their diet. Baby-led weaning is a significant milestone that will go wonderfully. To ensure a smooth transition, we advise you to learn about the first BLW with your child . A baby's first BLW will consist of foods in their unprocessed form, whether it's a vegetable, a fruit, a protein, etc. The texture of these foods should be soft and melt in the mouth. At the beginning of BLW , your little one may not yet have teeth; with this texture, baby can easily mash the food with their tongue, palate, and gums. Steamed carrot sticks are ideal for starting BLW with complete peace of mind!
