How to cook suitable foods for baby's first meals?

Baby-led weaning is an important milestone for your baby! But how do you adapt foods for baby's first meals ? It's important to start with simple, easily digestible foods, such as steamed fruits and vegetables. Of course, these foods should be soft and presented in a safe format for your baby. Then, once your baby has discovered these basic foods, you can include them in simple, easy-to-prepare recipes. It's important not to add salt or sugar to baby's first meals , and this should remain the case throughout the entire weaning process.
