Foods to limit in the diet of a 12-month-old baby

As your little one grows, they can discover more new ingredients. However, in a 12-month-old's diet , some new foods should be introduced sparingly in homemade recipes. We're talking about two ingredients in particular that are too sweet for babies to be offered every day. Even though honey is a natural source of sugar, it still represents added sugar in homemade recipes. Chocolate is delicious, but has the same drawback as honey. You can occasionally incorporate these foods into homemade baby food. Both chocolate and honey should be limited in a 12-month-old's diet .
