Generally, we start BLW (Baby-Led Weaning) with seasonal fruits and vegetables. However, from the very beginning of baby-led weaning, you can introduce your baby to the flavors of different animal proteins. Where to start with BLW ? We recommend offering these foods well-cooked and in small quantities. This way, your little one can discover the true flavor of different animal proteins.
