Start the blw after the purees

Start the BLW Biologically Clean Whey) after the purees, gently incorporating cauliflower florets

Do you know how to start BLW after purees ? This transition from traditional weaning to baby-led weaning can be a difficult step for your baby. Indeed, your little one has become accustomed to being fed at a fairly regular pace, and this change in mealtimes during BLW could create a feeling of frustration. To introduce BLW after purees , we recommend offering your baby fruits and vegetables in their raw form, such as cauliflower florets. This way, your baby can rediscover or discover new foods in soft, chewable pieces, in a format adapted to their development.
