Offer the beetroot muffins to the baby on a plate in the high chair for BLW (from 12 months)

At the beginning of baby-led weaning, food is offered directly on the tray of the high chair for BLW (Baby-Led Weaning). This technique allows the baby to focus on the food and prevents them from playing with the plate during mealtimes. Around 12 months of age, the baby will be well-versed in BLW , and it will be time to introduce a plate. Delicious recipes prepared with love, such as beetroot muffins, can be offered on a divided plate with a suction cup. However, just because a plate is introduced at mealtimes doesn't mean you should remove the tray from the high chair for BLW . You can still place the baby's plate on the tray.
