BLW 10 months

Offer blueberry in a different form during BLW at 10 months

During the baby-led weaning (BLW) phase, you'll introduce your baby to foods in their raw form before introducing them to recipes adapted to their development. However, this approach to introducing new foods will be relevant throughout BLW . Indeed, the true flavor of seasonal fruits and vegetables can be discovered year-round. It would be a shame to offer your baby a strawberry in December simply because they're in the discovery phase. Even during BLW BLW 10 months , you should continue to offer your baby foods in their raw form before incorporating them into recipes. Some foods will be presented differently. Blueberries, at the beginning of BLW , will be offered as a compote or mashed. Whereas during BLW at 10 months , this fruit will simply be cut in half or quarters.
