Balanced plates for a 1 -year -old baby's meals

At the age of one year, babies have a growing appetite and their nutritional needs evolve. It is therefore important to offer them balanced plates to ensure their good growth and development. Foods rich in iron, calcium and vitamins are essential to their diet. Vegetables and fruits should be present in sufficient quantity to bring them the fibers they need. Proteins should also be present in a 1 -year -old baby meal . It is important that the meals of a 1 -year -old baby are balanced by offering the different food groups on each plate: starchy foods, fruits and vegetables, proteins, fats as well as dairy products.
