Introducing an allergen at the start of baby-led weaning with the celeriac fries recipe

Discovering new foods during baby-led weaning (BLW) also involves introducing allergens into your baby's diet. From the very beginning of BLW , it's important to expose your baby to different allergens, regardless of family history. During BLW, introducing allergens must be done carefully and cautiously. It's strongly recommended to offer only one allergen at a time for three consecutive days. If no allergic reaction occurs, you can then introduce the allergen into your baby's regular diet. The recipe for celeriac fries will allow you to introduce your baby to celery, an allergen, during BLW .
