How to use fats in BLW recipes?

Fats should be introduced from the start of baby-led weaning in small quantities (one teaspoon per day). When it comes to the type of fat to use in BLW recipes , there isn't one that's better than another; the key is to vary it as much as possible. You can use organic, cold-pressed oils, butter, or cream. When introducing fats into a baby's diet, it's best not to cook them so they don't lose their beneficial properties. For example, you can add a drizzle of vegetable oil after cooking, spread a rice cake with a thin layer of butter, etc. Fats are found in most BLW recipes !
