The use of proteins in BLW recipes
Proteins are an important part of the food of any individual, including babies. Incorporating them into BLW recipes can be an effective way to ensure healthy and optimal growth in your little one. However, it is important to monitor your baby's protein consumption, because its kidneys are still immature that to know how to manage all this protein intake. It is advisable to offer baby recipes BLW with 10g of protein per day for a baby under 1 year old, 20 g per day for a child under 2 years of age and 30 g per day for a little bit of less than 3 years.
