Vary the flavors on your baby's plate by offering them BLW mussels

Baby-led weaning (BLW) promotes a healthy and varied diet. Indeed, baby's meals will always include the five food groups, and BLW offer different textures, colors, flavors, and shapes at each meal. However, your little one will always find the same proteins on their plate, such as chicken, beef, salmon, tuna, or eggs. It is, however, possible to surprise baby's taste buds with new proteins by introducing BLW mussels or scampi. Changing the proteins used from time to time will pique baby's curiosity and allow them to discover even more delicious flavors. By offering BLW mussels , you can add variety to baby's meals.
