Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, energy, minerals, and vitamin E, nuts are very beneficial for babies . However, they are allergens . Furthermore, their small, hard, and round shape also makes them a risky food , so they must be introduced with great care!

Consider using almond or hazelnut powder, which can be used to coat slippery fruit.
Peanut butter can also be added to yogurt or other desserts.

Dried fruit

This includes dates, figs, dried apricots, …

These are fruits that have been dehydrated . All their water has been removed, as well as some of their vitamins. Nevertheless, dried fruits remain foods rich in fiber, energy, and minerals: you'd be wrong to deprive your baby of them!

Prunes can also be useful if your baby is constipated.
