Baby hasn't started eating yet

Baby is 6 months old and meets the requirements BLW weaning ! During the first few meals, baby will explore food more through play (discovering textures, colors, shapes, smells, etc.) and won't actually eat. So there's no need to spend too much time cooking complicated meals for baby! For the first few days, a vegetable stick or a piece of fruit will be more than enough!

Here is a sample 3-week menu you can use when starting to introduce solid foods to your baby. The menu will include the introduction of certain allergens.

Feel free to adapt this menu to your baby's needs and abilities.

This is an example menu: you can change the order in which the foods are introduced, introduce another allergen, offer another vegetable or fruit…
