The use of protein in BLW recipes

Protein is an important part of everyone's diet, including babies. Incorporating it into BLW food recipes can be an effective way to ensure your little one's healthy and optimal growth. However, it's important to monitor your baby's protein intake, as their kidneys are still immature and unable to process all of this protein. It's recommended to offer BLW recipes with 10g of protein per day for a baby under 1 year old, 20g per day for a child under 2 years old, and 30g per day for a child under 3 years old. As with any other food, have fun varying the different proteins to introduce your baby to as many as possible!
