What food should I give my baby at the beginning of BLW ?

When starting BLW with your baby, it's important to choose the right foods. Solid foods should be soft enough for your baby to easily mash between their tongue and palate. It's a good idea to introduce seasonal fruits and vegetables on their own first, so your baby can discover new flavors and textures. Foods should be offered in a safe format to prevent choking. We highly recommend starting BLW with fruits and vegetables in stick form! This way, your baby can easily grasp the food and, most importantly, eat it safely!
