BLW diversification

Continue to offer purees during BLW diversification

For some parents, BLW weaning means offering only solid foods to their baby. This idea is completely wrong. The goal of BLW weaning is to vary your baby's diet as much as possible by offering seasonal fruits and vegetables in different forms and textures. This doesn't mean your baby will never eat purees. Smooth textures, like purees, can be enjoyed on a carrier (a blini, a pancake, etc.) or with utensils. During BLW BLW , it's important to offer purees to your baby from time to time so they can discover this texture. Purees are no longer your baby's main source of nutrition, but they are still an important part of it.
