What foods should I introduce to my baby during BLW weaning?

By subscribing to BLW Baby, you'll have access to numerous recipes perfectly suited to your baby's age. To meet their needs, your baby will require iron-rich foods such as meat, poultry, fish, seafood, tofu, legumes, nuts, seeds, cereals, and more. Depending on the food, adapt the format to suit the small hands of your baby following the BLW weaning method . It could be in sticks, strips, balls, etc. Foods to avoid are those that can cause choking or poisoning, as well as those with low nutritional value. Examples include grapes, raw carrots, whole nuts, honey, and unpasteurized milk and cheese. Note that there is no increased risk of choking in babies following the BLW weaning method thanks to the gag reflex located at the tip of their tongue, which protects them.
