Baby food for 12-month-olds

Foods to avoid in the diet of a 12-month-old baby

At 12 months, introducing solid foods is essential for a baby's development. However, it's important to know which foods to avoid to ensure a healthy and balanced diet. Foods high in salt, sugar, and fat, such as fries, sweets, and sodas, should be avoided in a 12-month-old's diet . These foods are too harmful for your little one's still-developing kidneys, which cannot process such high levels of salt or sugar. For a 12-month-old , we continue to prepare homemade recipes without added salt or sugar for the baby's well-being.
