Introducing baby to the pear during their first BLW meal

Baby-led weaning (BLW) doesn't start with fancy recipes like pancakes, muffins, or cookies. Your baby first BLW meal will consist of fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables! For this first BLW meal , it's important to choose seasonal foods. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are much tastier and richer in nutrients. It would be a shame to introduce tomatoes in winter when they taste so much better in summer. Starting BLW BLW the fall? Let your little one discover the sweet, mild flavor of pears at their first meal!
