12-month blw recipe

Offer BLW recipes to babies from 12 months old that can be eaten with a fork, such as breaded courgettes

From the very beginning of baby-led weaning, a spoon is used to introduce different smooth textures to your baby using pre-filled spoons. It's only around 12 months of age that a fork will be introduced during meals. Using a fork requires a certain level of coordination that your baby will develop gradually with BLW (Baby-Led Weaning) meals BLW We can therefore say that BLW recipes for babies from 12 months onwards can be explored using a fork! Before that, you can practice with fruits and vegetables cut into pieces. It is highly recommended to choose BLW recipes from 12 months onwards that are easy to eat by spearing, such as balls, bite-sized pieces, etc.
