The seasonings used for the chicken meatballs in BLW

When preparing the many recipes for baby-led weaning (BLW), it is strongly advised not to use salt. Indeed, at this age, a baby's digestive system is still too immature to properly digest such a large quantity of salt. Your little one's salt requirements are around one gram and are easily met by naturally salty foods. But how can you add flavor to BLW ? BLW chicken meatballs can be enhanced with spices and aromatic herbs. These seasonings will add unique flavors and sometimes color to your recipe. Don't hesitate to introduce your baby to spices and aromatic herbs as early as possible with BLW chicken meatballs .
