Baby food for 11-month-olds

A recipe for a carrier in the diet of an 11-month-old baby: vegetable blinis

When feeding an 11-month-old baby , it's important to continue offering smooth textures to introduce the same food in different forms and textures. Smooth textures like compote, spread, purée, etc., are offered in various ways during baby-led weaning. You have two options: the pre-filled spoon technique or using carriers. A carrier is a food that serves as a base for smooth textures. Some BLW make perfect carriers for an 11-month-old . Vegetable blinis are very useful for introducing carrot or radish spread to the baby.
