The blw for baby

BLW for babies and a recipe with starchy foods like rice balls with tomato and basil

After discovering foods in their raw form, it will be time for your baby to rediscover their flavor in BLW adapted to their development. From the very beginning of BLW for babies , it will be important to offer starchy foods to your little one. These foods are composed of complex natural sugars and allow babies to build up energy reserves to face a new day. The three groups of starchy foods (legumes, grains, and tubers) should be offered to your baby throughout the weaning process. Examples include chickpeas, quinoa, pasta, bulgur, bread, wraps, and more. Plenty of variety to keep things interesting every day! The tomato and basil rice ball recipe is perfect for introducing rice in a delicious way right from the start of BLW for babies .
