Recipe idea for an 8-month-old baby

A naturally sweet recipe idea for an 8-month-old baby: strawberry, ricotta, and basil tartlets

Throughout the process of introducing solid foods to your child, it's important to pay attention to the different sugars in their diet. The natural complex and simple sugars found in many recipes for an 8-month-old baby are perfect for providing energy. However, added sugars are strongly discouraged in your little one's diet. This doesn't mean your baby won't discover the sweet side of food. By using seasonal fruits in recipes for an 8-month-old, they will be naturally sweet and full of flavor. Strawberry, basil, and ricotta tarts are refreshing little treats to enjoy with the family on sunny days. This is a particularly BLW with its many flavors and, above all, its naturally sweet taste!
