How to start introducing solid foods with fruits and vegetables?

BLW BLW is an important step in introducing fruits and vegetables into your baby's diet. But how do you start weaning with these foods? It's recommended to begin by offering your baby only one new food at a time so they can discover the true flavor of a carrot, for example, at their own pace. Then, be sure to vary the flavors and textures by offering the same ingredient in different ways, such as baked carrots, steamed carrots, sautéed carrots with spices, and so on. Now that you know how to start weaning with fruits and vegetables, all that's left is to plan your baby's weekly menu!
